Danielle produces construction documents in Revit and AutoCAD, specification schedules, and project visualizations in Lumion. She also sources furniture, art, and materials with an eye rooted in design history, not what’s trending.
A single-room refresh and a 38-unit multifamily build start the same way: studying the conditions of the space and the people who use it. Precise drafting, opinionated sourcing, and interiors that feel like they belong to the people living in them.
4 years producing construction documents and interiors for residential, multifamily, and institutional projects. Associate’s degree in architectural technology. Revit, AutoCAD, Inventor, Lumion.

Design Consultation
We study the conditions of your space — the light, the layout, how you actually live in it — and build a design strategy you can hand to a contractor or execute with us.
Technical Drawing & CAD
Floor plans, sections, elevations, details, full construction document sets. Revit, AutoCAD, and Inventor. A single sheet or an entire permit-ready package.
Project Visualization
Photorealistic renderings in Lumion, built directly from Revit models. Exteriors, interiors, aerials, site plans — so you can see the space before anything is built.
Material & Finish Selection
Materials, finishes, palettes. We source and sample until it's right, then document everything in specs your contractor can actually build from.
Space Curation
Furniture, art, objects. Every piece earns its place. A room full of statement pieces is a showroom. A room with one and the intelligence to support it is a home. We source vintage and antique pieces for client projects and for inventory on an ongoing basis.
Decor & Styling
The final layer. Objects, textiles, art — placed so a room feels collected over time, not assembled in an afternoon.
I am not a designer. I am a problem solver. Every space has different wants and needs, and it is my job to marry a feeling and a vision with a reality.

Full architectural visualization from floor plans through final renders. AutoCAD drawings modeled in Revit, with hand sketches that introduced angular porches and dynamic material shifts — breaking from the typical multifamily formula.

32 vertical apartments and 6 flats across three buildings, with attached garages and rated corridors. Detailed documentation of existing power lines, site coordination, and complex unit layouts from ground level through roof plan.

Ground-up addition to a historic Episcopal church. Specification schedules, commercial kitchen equipment planning, demolition phasing in Revit, and interior timber detailing. Every piece of equipment specified from sizing to utility requirements.

Spatial reconfiguration, furniture sourcing, and styling across dining, entry, kitchen, and bedroom spaces. Every piece is intentionally chosen — from a travertine table that echoes the floors, to vintage Dior chairs, to a 600-year-old Italian castle door.
